Shipping & Returns
We currently deliver across Pakistan, usually within 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over qualifying orders; otherwise checkout shows the delivery fee before review.
Because most pieces are made or prepared for occasion wear, please contact us before placing time-sensitive orders so we can confirm the dispatch window.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Size Guide
Choose the age range closest to the child's current fit. For custom-size pieces, add chest, waist, length, shoulder, and sleeve measurements on the product page.
Measurements can be in inches or centimeters. If anything looks unclear, we'll confirm details on WhatsApp before stitching or dispatch.
Care Instructions
Hand wash gently in cool water or dry clean delicate embroidered pieces. Avoid bleach, harsh wringing, and high heat.
Store occasion wear flat or on a padded hanger, away from direct sunlight, so trims and embroidery keep their shape.
